Dr. Gabriel Peralta does this procedure under oral-intravenous sedation plus local computerized anesthesia to make the procedure more comfortable to the patient. He uses Meiji and Mantis microscopes to prepare the grafts and be able to obtain follicular unit grafts of just one or two hairs minimizing damage to follicles. This enables him to produce the most natural results along with the highest rate of success. Because it reduces the size of grafts improving restoration and blood flow to the transplanted hairs.
